Quality system
At Dream Smooth, we are dedicated to giving our customers the opportunity not only to have Original products but also replicas of the best possible quality, or custom garments made by us. But that's not all; we also sell used or new clothing. This guarantees the accessibility of all possible prices for people looking for everything from the most affordable to the most premium. But the question is, how do I know which are Originals, Customs, Replicas, or if they are new or used? Here, we will explain how we manage quality in our system and how we specify qualities.
Quality: Custom's
These garments are characterized by being made by us; they are not original Ralph Lauren products. They are NOT REGISTERED AS OUR ORIGINAL BRAND, nor is it specified that they are associated with Ralph Lauren or any of its sponsors, nor are they from external producers. They are 100% Colombian in origin (where we reside). We do everything possible to ensure that each custom garment is comfortable and has details never before seen in another store, making it feel much more special and unique. To find out if a garment is custom, you need to go to the - CATALOG section, then to - CUSTOM and you will be able to identify which polos are custom. In any case, in the description of each CUSTOM product, it will explicitly state that it was designed by Dream Smooth, or that it is a CUSTOM polo.
Quality: Replica

These garments are characterized by being made in external factories not related to Ralph Lauren. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE REPLICAS, at Dream Smooth, we always seek the best possible comfort, embroidery quality, and fabric. The replicas we offer will always do their best to replace original polos in a more accessible way (we also have available USED replica polos, which are more affordable and will be explained in the last articles on this page), without damaging the visual essence of looking like an original. To find out if the polo you are looking for on our page is a replica or not, you must check that the description does not say "original," "replica," or "custom." Replicas are not specified in the description; a replica on our website only appears with the polo's information but not with the affirmation of being original or custom. And the price range for this quality, to truly tell if it's a replica or not, is between $50 to $60 USD.
Quality: Original

These garments are characterized by being 100% original from Ralph Lauren stores (they can be either new or used, which will be clarified in the final articles on this page on how to identify new or used items). To identify if they are original, you must read the descriptions of these products, as it will be AFFIRMED there that they are 100% AUTHENTIC or ORIGINAL.
Quality: Used

These garments are characterized by having been previously used. In the used quality category, both original and replica qualities apply, and these are also specified as mentioned in the previous articles to determine if they are original or replica. To identify if the garment you are looking for on our website has been previously used, the description should state whether it is used or new, or also the condition of the garment. You will also notice from the product image if it has new tags or not, or if it has any noticeable wear.
Quality: New

These garments are characterized by having had no previous owner and having original sales tags from both Ralph Lauren and replicas. Some polos, like the original Ralph Lauren ones, may have a condition system, which does not mean they were previously used, but rather that many Ralph Lauren garments with old tags were kept in deadstock for a long time and may have minimal wear due to the passage of time. To determine if the garment is new, the product description will state that it is new with tags, condition: 10/10, new with tags in 10/10 condition.
The product quality system will be applied to each product listing starting April 2, 2026, to ensure customer understanding of what they are purchasing. Products listed before this date will not be eligible for refund claims using this system as grounds for a refund.
